  1. Select the receipts or invoices, as PDF or photos (up to 20).
  2. Put them in order and choose how many you want per page.
  3. Press “Arrange on pages” and download the print-ready PDF.

Frequently asked questions

Can I mix PDFs and photos?

Yes. PDF files and JPG, PNG or WebP images can go in the same layout.

Are they still easy to read?

With 2 per page, yes. With 4 per page, receipts with small print may be harder to read: check the result before printing.

What is it for?

For expense claims at work, for your accountant or tax return, or for keeping paper records using fewer sheets.

What happens to my files?

They are sent encrypted, processed and discarded when the job is done. PDFya does not store or review them.

Is it free?

Yes. There is no sign-up and no added watermark. There is a limit of 20 MB per file and 30 operations per hour.
