  1. Select the PDF.
  2. Choose how many pages you want per sheet and the sheet size.
  3. Press “Pages per sheet” and download the assembled PDF.

Frequently asked questions

Are the pages reduced?

It depends. Two A4 on an A3 stay at full size. If you choose a smaller sheet, the pages are reduced to fit, without distortion.

In what order are they placed?

In the order of the PDF, left to right and top to bottom. If you need another order, rearrange the pages first.

What if there is a page left over?

The last sheet is left with a blank space.

What happens to my files?

They are sent encrypted, processed and discarded when the job is done. PDFya does not store or review them.

Is it free?

Yes. There is no sign-up and no added watermark. There is a limit of 20 MB per file and 30 operations per hour.
